In the last few months I've noticed that I get a mildly nasty sinus headache right before/during storms. I assume it's related to pressure change.
I've tried taking decongestants and painkillers; so far nothing works. This makes work difficult.

Have you tried using a neti pot?

Presumably you have been run through the drill: headaches primarily on one side of the head? sensitive to bright light? go away after sundown? any nausea or hollow-stomach feeling? etc. -- I used to get a type of migraines that felt *exactly* like sinus headaches. Weather did affect them, though it was blamed more on high positive-ion counts in the air (as before a storm) rather than barometric pressure.

My usual remedy was to put a heating pad on my pillow (backed by a towel), soak & wring out a washcloth in hot water, spread the washcloth over the heating pad and lie down with my face on the washcloth for half an hour or so. Hard to do at the office, admittedly.
