A few of us were mulling over the idea of having a Saluminati meeting at Beltane. We could sit around and sample each others' cured meats and drink talk about how we will take over the world.

Any interest out there? I've started a few projects in anticipation.

We can bring Spanish-style chorizo and a somewhat disappointing Soviet salami. Well, I find it disappointing, but then it would take a lot to be able to compare to the chorizo. mmmm, chorizo!

Seriously, it would make my Beltane Saturday (please, let it be on Saturday, as himself's radio show is on Sunday).

We'll probably have to work around vittoriosa sitting court, but Saturday was my thought.
So far I have lardo, duck proscuitto, chicken liver pate, and Bologna sausage. And garlic pickles. I'm hoping to get duck salame and Lombard sausages made as well.
