madbakerLong day yesterday - I left the house at 6:20 AM and got home after 7 PM. This is partly because I went to go hear the founder of CHoNC (Culinary Historians of N. CA) talk about her new book on Vietnamese colonialism and food. It was more interesting than that makes it sound. Plus, she brought banh mi sandwiches!
I'm hoping we can go to the DeYoung today for the Masters of Venice exhibit that we haven't been able to hit yet. It all depends on how work goes. Many Fridays I can knock off a bit early, but we'll see.
