Yesterday I fed 'nduja to someone who loathes liver. I didn't tell her what was in it and she loved it.
Perhaps I should feel guilty... but I don't.

I would not have done it had it been an allergy rather than a "I don't like liver."

It's all in the preparation. I am not generally fond of liver, but if you wrap it in caul fat with spices, I'm all over it.
