Lovely decadence last night with friends at La Folie lounge. We had a lot of various foie gras dishes (even some dishes that did not include it), with cocktails, wine, and good conversation. The Giants won a fourth consecutive shutout. All was right in the world.

Except that this morning came too early. I'd love to go back to bed, but I have work to do. I need want to have a substantial enough pot of money that I can indulge myself as a gentleman of leisure.
