Take the following list, and: Bold items you have, and use at least once a year. Italicize the ones you have, but don't use. Strike through the ones you had, but have gotten rid of.

pasta machines, breadmakers, juicers, blenders, deep fat fryers, egg boilers, melon ballers, sandwich makers, pastry brushes, cheese knives, electric woks, miniature salad spinners, griddle pans, jam funnels (canning funnel?), meat thermometers, filleting knives, egg poachers, cake stands, garlic crushers, martini glasses, tea strainers, bamboo steamers, pizza stones, coffee grinders, milk frothers, piping bags, banana stands, fluted pastry wheels, tagine dishes, conical strainers, rice cookers, steam cookers, pressure cookers, slow cookers, spaetzle makers, cookie presses, gravy strainers, double boilers (bains marie), sukiyaki stoves, fud processors, ice cream makers, takoyaki makers, and fondue sets.

Some of the one we got rid of we might have kept and used if they were better quality (e.g. juicer, miniature salad spinner). We have and regularly use a wok; why would we need an electric one? I'm bolding the ice cream maker even though we haven't used it in a year. I would, but our freezer is overfull and there's no room.

I'd kind of like to have a rice cooker, but there's no storage space for it. We have an egg boiler: it's called a small saucepan.
