I don't hold a lot of hope here, but then look at what has happened with the Marvel Comics based movies that Disney has had at least nominal control over. They've actually turned out well. I am not holding my breath for fantastic art, but it might be fun. We'll see.
Depends. Jar Jar does seem like a Disney character...
It depends on what they want to do with it. ILM and Skywalker Sound, they said, will retain the "work-for-hire" policy they currently have, not tied specifically to Disney productions.
Dunno about LucasArts. [Pirates of the Caribbean V: The Secret of Monkey Island?]
As for the main series, they've announced that the entire "canon" is fair game for showing up in the movies - I'm willing to get that Thrawn and Mara Jade appear somewhere. (Personally, though, I'd prefer if they just let it lie, don't dilute the product any further).
But the main area where I'm concerned is with fan projects - Lucas was pretty good about it, but I worry about Disney's lawyers (we can thank them for 95 yr copyrights - otherwise the Mouse would be in Public Domain already). And how would they feel about some of the more adult fare? I doubt Disney would have been okay with the Family Guy episodes. We'll see if they keep or yank things like Troops, Chad Vader, George Lucas in Love, etc...
Lucas is staying on as a Creative Consultant. I'm fine with this, and with Kathleen Kennedy, who's been there for quite a while, running the show. With The Flanneled One, he's always been decent at a good outline, he just sucks at the details (which is why the prequels [and Jedi] suffered from the lack of other voices involved with the making of the Original Trilogy: Gary Kurtz, Irwin Kershner, etc. Hell, Harrison Ford, too)

Wow, I'm rambling.
