Favoritism was pretty rampant for some groups in STS. My managers were (fortunately) not prone to that behaviour, but they did tend to let generally bad habits slide. Either that, or they cracked down on everyone equally.
Some of the management, however, have been known to favor the girls who wear what I can only describe as Hip-hop clubbing wear, including 3 to 4 inch heels.
What always went through my head was the sheer amazement that they would bother to wear such things here, where we never see our customers. Then it hit me that they use the outfits to get the management or the other techs to do their work for them.
