Today's to-do list:
Dishes
Hand-chopping for cured sausage to smoke tomorrow (theoretically it will be less rainy then)
Start braising brisket with veg and greens for tonight's dinner over new potatoes (it's good braising weather)
(Once everything else is done) Drink hot buttered rum
