Hippo Birdie Two Ewes!

Galen turned one year old today!

We bought him some new toys - some feathered balls similar to badminton birdies, which were a big hit, and a "Thing in a Bag" which he's not sure about. (It's a battery-operated random motion device.) He rather likes the box it came in, though.

He wasn't too keen on the lit birthday candle in the can of cat food. We were amused, though.

I really need to get some new pictures of him! The one I'm using as an icon is eight months old and he's much bigger and darker now...

I have encountered this myself. Shayna has as much fun with the boxes as the toys too. The toys tend to last a little longer......most of the time.
