No garlic? Are you mad?

"I think [this recipe] is the invention of fine Persian immigrant chefs who know how much Americans love salad. Note that he uses no garlic in his dressing. Can you imagine? The result is delicious, I must admit, even without my beloved garlic."
Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and parsley are chopped. The dressing consists of olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste. That's it!
What worked: Colorful, flavorful, light.
What didn't: It didn't have garlic.
Will I make it again? Assuming I remember, yes. It's a nice change, kind of like a salsa fresca without chile.
