Your own scrambled egg recipe is a wonderful stuffing for burritos. Roll tortilla with filling into a tube. Turn one end up to keep stuffing from running out."

I really don't know what to say to this. Are there really people in the US who need tortilla instruction manuals?

Perhaps they haven't updated the instructions since the US cut back on immigration from elsewhere?

My burrito world was revolutionized when I received the hot tip to swap the order of those instructions: Fold up one edge over the filling, THEN roll.

The amount of breakage/spillage that I've had has decreased tremendously.

I once took enchiladas to a potluck. A lady asked me what sort of pastry I used to roll the cheese in. So, yes, there is at least one American who didn't meet the joy that is tortillas until adulthood.
