The alarm went off this morning. I tapped the snooze button. Generally, I don't fall back asleep for the nine minute period; but it allows me a little more time to transition into the day. Today, I thought about all the things I need to do. The alarm went back off; I hit snooze again and repeated. Once more for luck.

Then the alarm went off and I woke up.
