There's either a high-pressure system coming in or a low-pressure one. Either will trigger a sinus migraine (aka Immaculate Hangover), and that's what I got last night. I spent the night tossing and turning, not sleeping, with a hand pressed to my sinus. The best treatment I have found is extra-strength Excedrin, but all the caffeine and such in it makes it a bad choice in the middle of the night. Granted, I did a perfectly good job of not sleeping without it...

Hopefully they kick in soon.

I assume you've tried heat and cold and so on?

What worked for me was this: wring out a washcloth in hot water. Place it on top of an electric heating pad turned on low, and place the pad + washcloth on my pillow. Lie down with the painful side of my face against the warm area. Periodically turn over to let face cool off.

I'd usually remember to turn off the heating pad before I actually fell asleep, but a nap of an hour or so usually followed and I felt better when I woke up.

YMMV! But sympathies in any case.

Back when we had a microwave, I'd nuke a sandbag to use as a hot compress. It worked well. Unfortunately we don't have counter space for it, and the only way now is to steam it. Which takes half an hour, so I don't do it in the middle of the night.
