This week's Resolution Recipe: Flank steak in Mustard marinade.

1 lb flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup white wine
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed (Ha! I used... more.)
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Mix everything but the steak. Soak the steak for 1 to 24 hours. Broil under the highest heat for 6 minutes on each side, until the meat begins to brown. Slice the meat across the grain and serve hot.

What worked: This was easy enough. It tasted good.

What didn't: Eh, it wasn't thrilling.

Will I make it again? I might but it's not occupying any mental real estate.
