Ow-ach!

As I was trundling up and down our back hill stairs yesterday, I misjudged where one was. Landed funny, wrenching an ankle outwards; which caused me to land funny, and wrench the other ankle.

Nothing too serious - minimal swelling, but I'm having to shuffle around as I can't bend my ankles without them hurting.

Not a fun toon moment.

Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow! Don't DO that! (A little late, I realize, but ...)

I tend to be more cautious around stairs than the average person, due to a nasty fall in college that put stitches in my forehead, destroyed my glasses, and gave me a broken rib. Blech. Not recommended.
