have you ever passed a kidney stone? It's a pain level that has been described as being close to labor pains.

Fortunately I have not had that distinction. I remember when my dad did, though, and he said it was by far the worst pain he's ever experienced.

I've passed several kidney stones, and therefore I find all kidney-stone based humor HILARIOUS. :-D

I've given birth twice where I was in so much pain I was screaming uncontrollably despite my best efforts to not scream. Like .. the pain took over and there was no space left in me for me. I'm always amused by men who experience something comparable and go on about their manliness.
