All things must end. For the first time in my life, I have a dental cavity.
Also, I need to start using a night guard. Stress (of the two jobs, undoubtedly) is making me grind my teeth.

Sympathy to you. Himself got his first cavity just a few years ago, but I've been wearing a night guard since childhood.

Pro-tip: the soft ones you can mold to your teeth are not good for grinders in that they end up encouraging chewing.

That was what the dentist suggested as well. Granted, they get paid for the harder ones while I can buy the soft ones over the counter - but the wife has been using a harder one for a couple years now, so that's what I'm going to go with.
