I have new glasses frames, and they are better-adjusted. The previous set was misaligned on its focal length, so my eyes were trying to focus at different places. This not only made it harder to see but very difficult to adjust between these and my prescription sunglasses (as well as just not having them when reading in bed).

Fixed now, apparently.

I didn't notice if I was getting more headaches than normal, but I'm sure it wasn't good for me.
