The upstairs neighbors' internet has been out all week. A tech finally showed up yesterday.
He didn't fix their problem. He did, however, kill our internet. And denied that it was his fault.

Of course he denied it. Bad tech. No biscuit. Hope you got his name for when you complain to his supervisors.

We go through a different company, so he doesn't care.

Then give both his name and his company to your provider to follow up with a complaint if they wish to?

After much yelling the wife got a manager to expedite and schedule a tech yesterday. Guess what he found? Said previous tech had unplugged our outside connection and replugged it into the wrong slot.

I thing that is totally worth complaining to said incompetent tech's manager, and sending them any bill for your tech's visit.
