The aprium jam came out exactly as I hoped it did. I might have to buy another bag to jam up for the rest of the year.

I'm so tempted to do that, too! I would have to convince the husband, though, since we're already overflowing in jam from the last few years' worth, and we stopped eating so much jam and toast when we started trying to watch our figures.

But, basically an aprium is two of my favorite things, combined into one glorious fruit, and making it into jam sounds like pure genius.
