Today's projects: one flat of San Marzano-type tomatoes has been peeled and is now starting its slow way towards paste. Tonight I will start English muffins for tomorrow's breakfast. (Along with Fronch scrambled eggses, house-made bacon, and probably house-made lemon curd and citron marmalade.)
