I had a now-quarterly dental appointment earlier this week. Things are okay. I have to pay for it - the insurance only covers biannually. But I'd rather shell out for these visits than undergo gum grafts, so the preventative payments are worth it to me.
My knee started acting up about a month ago. Not my long-standing trick knee that developed tendonitis in my late 20s (which seemed terribly unfair), but the other one. It's aching a bit on stairs and the like. I hope this isn't a portent, but body parts will start breaking down.
The smoke has been an issue. But we're not burned out, so I can't be too negative about it.
