madbakerI took yesterday off for our anniversary. It was a good low-key vacation day. I slept in, which is rare. We actually did not spend a ton of time together - the wife did stuff in the front room and I paid bills, ran exchequer reports, etc. in the study. That's actually okay.
We went to dinner at The Progress, which is a relatively-well-thought-of restaurant. It was very good. The only sad part was they sent our doggie bag to the front desk, and we forgot to ask for it on our way out. So no lovely leftover duck breast for us tonight.
