I tried making
albionwood's Yummy Spiced Chicken last night for the weekly homeowners' meeting. It lived up to its name! Well, 2/3 of it, anyway - it needed more spicing. I substituted creme fraiche for the sour cream, and increased the garlic (of course). I also used crushed tomatoes instead of the tomato juice.
The final dish came out quite liquid, perhaps because I substituted wine for the sherry. In future I'll leave that out. Still, I served it over rice to sop up the juice and that worked quite well!
