No fart jokes, please. Apparently the '95 Saturn now qualifies.
It failed a smog test by one point. I'm torn between junking the car - although I'm not quite ready to go buy a new one - and spending the cash to get a new catalytic converter, or whatever it needs to pass this time. The problem with that, of course, is that I'm still planning to replace the whole car this year.

I believe SF has stronger smog regs than the rest of the state.

Can you blame 'em? With that many vehicles in that small an area, I certainly feel it's a good idea. <g>

Well, that and it's the People's Republic of San Francisco. I expect them to push for supplemental auto registration fees soon, because only rich capitalist running dogs people have cars.
