bonacorsi and I had a quiet night in. We opened champagne for NYGMT (Greenwich Mean Time, 4 PM Pacific) and continued our Fronch tradition of eating foie gras to ring in the year. What the heck, we only have another year we can do that legally. Now I'm depressed.

We also cooked some porchetta, which may become another tradition for New Year's. Simply because it's delicious.
