I realized this morning that I was eating organic granola with yogurt I made.
After having showered using Dr. Bronner's soap.
Right now I am sipping a hot beverage containing unfiltered cider vinegar.

If I ever start talking about TVP [ETA: in a positive fashion], please shoot me. It will be a mercy.
