(no subject)

We went out for dinner last night, to a local restaurant mini-chain (three or four branches, all in the city) that is serving on their outdoor patio. The wife was really craving dining out. It was passable as expected, not great. But I can honestly say it was the best restaurant dining experience we've had since the first week of January! (sigh)

I totally forgot to start any aged boozy eggnog in September as we have done the past couple years. Oh well; I can make a batch next weekend, and it'll still be good to have at Xmas.
